Distance Selling Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to cover the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale of the goods/services sold by the seller to the buyer.
1. Parties
This agreement has been approved electronically between our company, titled as the seller, and the buyer.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods/services whose qualities are specified, ordered by the buyer in electronic environment from the seller's website.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any justification within 14 days from the delivery date for transactions related to the sale of goods/services.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a notification must be made to the seller within this period.
- The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
